From the moment we arrived staff were tentative and waiting for our arrival. My husbands instructor Justin was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. "A surprisingly fun and exciting afternoon. The helpful instructors made it a non-intimidating and thrilling experience! We were late so we didn't catch our instructors names but we were warmly welcomed into the facility on the day. Our instructor helping with the gun and shooting was incredibly respectful, kind, enthusiatic and patient. He was probably more excited than the patrons when we hit a shell and for another individual in the group, he was immensely helpful with holding the gun and aiming, this person wouldn't have got any shots without him. He should be commended on his dedication and passion to his job, he was trying so hard to help everyone get as many shots as they could and it's always refreshing coming across a staff member that is so truly passionate about their job. Thank you for a fantastic afternoon! "

"Very friendly, knowledgeable instructor who put us at ease whilst maintaining strict health and safety protocols. It was easy to book online and we found the site with no difficulties. It is accessible to a point... if you wish to take part you need to be able to negotiate a small slope or climb approx 8 steps. I can walk small distances but used my wheelchair when on the range. The instructor was very knowledgeable and patient. It was a really great day out and one which we all want to do again soon. We were also blessed with a beautiful crisp February day's weather with no rain at all. Can't wait to go back but I want more shots."

The scheduling process was easy and we were thankful to be accommodated at the very last minute-- I booked the night before our session! Our instructor was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and gave us a great sense of the variety at the range. We shot at five different targets during our session which kept us on our toes. We were thankful for great care taken in regards to safety and security when handling guns. This was an experience we won't forget and has given us a great desire to do it again! "

"We attended the Saturday morning family shooting session as a group of five. As someone who had never handled a firearm before, 1 was understandably nervous at the start. After signing in and completing the medical forms, we made our way down to meet Alan. From the outset, he was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. I have a disability, and despite this, Alan ensured I was tully included, clearly explaining everything and providing guidance that allowed us all to get the most out of the experience. We all thoroughly enjoyed the session and had such a positive experience that we are already looking to book again-hopefully with Alan as our instructor. Having an instructor who is knowledgeable, patient, and engaging truly enhances the experience and allows you to make the most of your time. Once again, thank you, Alan, from all of us."
